About Peta Gilbert, RGN
I have run my own business as a Sole Practitioner for 16 years. I create a warm and welcoming environment, and from the outset of your first telephone conversation, ask relevant questions, give appropriate advice and help guide you toward the best choice of therapy - even if that is not with me.I aim to work with you toward greater health and well being. You have sought out someone with specific skills, I seek your willingness to make some changes if suggested, watch your responses to treatment, so that you can give feedback. In this way, we make a plan together to get you back to the best you can be as soon as practically possible. I distance the frequency of appointments or keep the course as short as possible, so that you become independently healthy again. I must warn you, that relaxation therapies have a way of making you realise that looking after yourself feels good, and your body, mind and soul crave a reminder now and then!. This is why so many folk decide to have monthly treatments as a preventative ’medicine’, after all, it is often easier to prevent problems than repair them.
I take appointments by arrangement only, Monday to Friday, some Saturdays and Evenings at a premium rate of additional fee £5. I see women, men, elders, and younger folk, depending on the situation. I make home visits too, with a small extra charge if within my locality.
Corporate Stress Solutions is a range of options available if you want to use me as your OFFICE-OLOGIST!
Massage, Reiki or Head Massage - Desk side or in a pop-up clinic if you have the facilities, Stress Solution Seminars or Stress Management one to one consultations , Blood Pressure and Pulse Analysis, make for a whole support system for your workplace. Distance is no barrier in this service.

My training, work experience and any achievement
Registered General Nurse 1980 to current. Nursed in NHS from student to Ward Sister and Teacher before raising my family full time. Retrained over a 6 year period though the ITEC Diploma system in Massage, Reflexology, Stress Management etc whilst building my practice up from 1997. Always happy to enrich my practice I have undertaken many extension courses.Sole practice in own clinic for many years, them after living abroad in New Zealand for 2 years, came back with a plan to work differently. Home Clinic, satellite clinic, home visiting and mostly establishing my identity as The Officeologist, or Corporate Stress Solutions.
I also freelance to a number of companies in this way.
Further Information
I think first from the Holistic perspective, underpinned by a weather eye from the traditional medical perspective. In this way realistic goals can be set. I am open to modifying treatments and rates to your situation.All treatment planning, Corporate input and advice is uniquely tailored to you.

FAT FREE, Good for You, Restorative. consultations are brief but pertinent, rather than deep and probing. I don’t want you to feel raided, when you have been gifted the experience!
