About Reflexology by Alisa
I am a qualified reflexologist having successfully completed my training at the Therapy Training School which is Training provider accredited by International Institute for Complementary Therapists, Beauty Guild and INHA.I first fell in love with reflexology during my career as a ballet dancer and would have treatments regularly to help me deal with any physical and emotional issues. I was amazed at how relaxed reflexology made me feel, and I came away feeling rebalanced and restored.
I have been practicing reflexology since 2015 and already seen how beneficial reflexology can be in helping clients cope with a range of emotional and physical conditions, from stress, insomnia and depression, to digestive and reproductive issues.
