About Abi England Reflexology
Abi uses the ancient technique of reflexology to restore balance and harmony in the body systems and the mind. She combines a caring, intuitive and scientific approach in both the physical aspect of the treatment and the underlying holistic approach and aims to empower her clients to make subtle but meaningful changes in their lifestyle to achieve enhanced wellness.As well as being a skilled reflexologist, Abi is also a graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Zoology. Abi feels that her initial academic study gives her a deep understanding of life processes from the cell level up to the whole person and their environment, and how so many individual factors interplay to determine the wellbeing of theindividual. Abi meditates daily to achieve personal balance and come to her clients with a clear mind to better sense their needs.
My training, work experience and any achievement
Abi is a fully qualified Reflexologist (ABC Level 3 Diploma including anatomy, physiology and pathology).She trained at The London School of Reflexology under Louise Keet, ‘Britain’s leading Reflexologist’, and her professional membership is with the Association of Reflexologists (AoR).
In September 2013 Abi focussed on further training in pre-conceptual, pregnancy and post natal reflexology, gaining an AOR certified diploma in this fascinating and important area. She is herself a mum with a 2 year old, so her recent and ongoing experience allows a good deal of empathy and understanding of pregnancy, birth and parenting.
