About Patricia Hinds
I’m a reflexology and massage therapist with a particular interest in stress management and stress reduction.ReflexTherapy is any therapy that works the reflexes or pressure points on the body, hands or feet. I offer wonderfully relaxing treatments that reduce tension and help to restore your body’s energy balance.
Reflexology is precise stimulation of the reflexes or pressure points on your feet, hands or ears to relieve symptoms caused by blocked energy channels.
Natural Face lift Massage is a face head and neck massage that smoothes away tension and stress
Seated Massage is a fully clothed massage that works the back and arms with a combination of massage styles
Reiki is a hands on energy healing system to restore balance and harmonise your mind and body

RASA Practitioner Diploma in Reiki and Seichem - 2012
Further Information
For individual treatments I work from a small, comfortable treatment room on the first floor. Unfortunately there’s no access for anyone who cannot manage the stairs.Hatfield Garden Village is just off J4 of A1(M) or a short bus or taxi ride from Hatfield train station.
Alternatively I can treat you in the comfort of your own home for a small additional charge in Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City and surrounding Hertfordshire towns and villages.
I am also available for pamper evenings, corporate events, fetes and conferences in London and Hertfordshire. The minimum duration is 2 hours with treatment lengths of 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes. Call or email for further details.
