I am a fully qualified and insured mobile Holistic Therapist, which means that I can come to your home at a time that suits you, this allows you to feel completely comfortable and at ease. The therapies I am offering include Swedish Body Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Holistic Facials, Remedial Massage, Stress Management, Crystal Therapy and Reiki.

Treatments are tailored to meet your requirements at that time. Some treatments stand alone, others can be combined i.e. Reflexology and Crystal Therapy, Holistic Facial with Crystal Therapy, Reflexology with Reiki, etc.

I have just qualified in Remedial Massage which means that my massage is not just purely for relaxation, I may be able to help alleviate muscular aches, pains and tensions and improve joint mobility as well.

My training, work experience and any achievement

2010 - VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Therapies - which included Swedish Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Holistic Facial and Reflexology.
2011 - VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Crystal Therapy.
2011 - DT Therapy School -First Degree Reiki.
2012 - VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Stress Management - which included Stress Management, Remedial Massage and Advanced Reflexology Techniques.

I was entered into the 2010 Worldskills UK Competition to represent my College for Reflexology, to my surprise and delight I was awarded a Bronze medal for my efforts.

I am a member of and fully insured by The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

I have attended several Body, Mind and Soul events as a Therapist offering taster sessions to the public, allowing them to try out various therapies I have to offer.
