About Diane Adderley
Hello, I’m Diane Adderley.I’m a registered psychotherapist and life coach, also qualified in NLP, IEP/SET, EFT and Brainspotting.
I help individuals and couples develop the resilience to manage the issues they are facing in life, regain their mental wellbeing and move forward towards their life goals.
I have been in private practice since 1999.
I work with adults who are struggling with stress management, anxiety, depression, bereavement, loneliness, relationship and work issues and many other situations we face as human beings on this planet.
My training, work experience and any achievement
- I see clients in person at my consulting room in Manchester M25, and am also available for online sessions.- I am committed to connecting body awareness to psychological factors – thoughts and feelings from whatever source arise in and affect our bodily wellbeing.
- I work holistically using a variety of methods that I have trained in over the years, in addition to my original training and professional qualification in the creative action therapy of psychodrama, such as counselling, gestalt, IEP/SET + EFT or "tapping", NLP.
- I am also a qualified clinical supervisor, life coach and trainer.
