About The Thinking Space
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and an Adult & Adolescent Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience as a Senior Clinician in the NHS and Private Practice, assessing and treating a range of clients and difficulties.I have a particular interest and expertise in working psychotherapeutically with complex personality difficulties and have worked with both young people and adults.I do both longer term and briefer therapies including trauma/ crisis intervention work depending on the nature of the difficulties experienced.
I am also a specialist in Intercultural work,able to see clients with difficulties that relate to experiences of being a part of a minority community.
I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist and trained as an Adult and Adolescent Psychotherapist at the Tavistock Clinic, London.
I am a Clinical Supervisor, Trainer and Visiting Senior Lecturer at a number of Universities and Training Institutes both in the UK and abroad.
