About Robin McMahon

I offer mindfulness based psychotherapy and use multiple models and methodologies within the transpersonal framework to help you gain a clearer understanding of your self and your relationships.

I specifically work with a model developed by Richard Schwartz, known as IFS, which provides a systemic approach. I introduce you to a way of talking about and working with your internal system, in a way that helps you develop more confidence in your Self...and I help you dialogue with the different parts of yourself, those shifting states of mind that have unique sets of thoughts, feelings and behaviours, so that you can work towards a more Self led state of being in the world.

My methods work well with any sort of presenting issue, and for those people wishing to further develop their personal awareness and potential.
