I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and an accredited by both the UK Council for Psychotherapy and the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.I can work with you to help you understand how you experience your anxiety, anger, fear, low self worth and help you manage it differently.
I can help you get clarity on how you are in relationships or what might keep you out of a relationship.
I believe that when we know how we engage or dis-engage then we can learn a different way and then we can be open to alternatives and have the potential for more self fulfillment. i.e. we can be in charge of our difficulties rather then they be in charge of us.
