About Carstairs Psychological Associates
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist in private practice. I have over 20 years of experience in adult mental health dealing with a wide range of issues. I offer individual psychoanalytic counselling and psychotherapy.My training, work experience and any achievement
Dr Kari Carstairs obtained her undergraduate degree in experimental psychology from the University of Oxford. Her doctoral training was at Widener University in the USA. She graduated with distinction in 1991.She has been in private practice since 1993, providing assessment, treatment and consultancy services. In addition, she has worked in the NHS and carried out psychological research in intelligence testing.
She has lectured at University of Greenwich, at University of Surrey and at University of East London.
