I offer long term and time limited psychotherapy to adults and adolescents within a professional setting called the Brighton Consulting Rooms. I offer an integrative approach and have a range of methods available to clients.

These include Solution Focused therapy, CBT approach, DBT and creative therapy methods. Issues I support are wide ranging from work related stress, performance related issues, anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol related issues, OCD and eating disorders.

Clients both private and via referrals from EAPs and heath insurers. These include First Assist, Validium, Right Corecare, Oakdale, BUPA, Aviva, WPP and Cigna. Also receive referrals from LINK Barnados Society, Kingdom Care and Lioncare.

My training, work experience and any achievement

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist (Integrative) since 2005.
CBC Coach added 2013.

Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling 2002 at Regents College School of Psychotherapy and Counselling – City University.

Advanced Diploma Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy – School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology Regent’s College (SPCPRC) London Validated by University of Wales (UK) 2004.

Work Experience:

Currently Affiliate to a number of health insurers and EAPs. These are BUPA, Aviva, WPP, Cigna, Validium, Right Corecare, Oakdale and First Assist.

Currently referred to therapist by various residential care homes in Sussex for young people.

Worked in-house for the EAP Ceridian Centrefile as a case manager.

Sussex Central YMCA –Young Persons counsellor role for NHS referrals and in schools setting both primary and secondary. I also held an advisory role in integrated health settings for child and young person assessment.

Teens and Toddlers – Counsellor and Group Facilitator to young women – Educational project rolled out through the country to reduce teen pregnancy
