About Brampton Therapy Centre
We are a group of natural therapists offering a holistic whole body service.The breadth of therapies we offer in the clinic mean we are able to meet most requirements.
Rob Outram is a Registered Osteopath and member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA).
As well as a BSc in Osteopathy from Oxford Brookes University he has a BA in History and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Liverpool University. Robin was born and grew up in Derbyshire, and has recently returned to the area with his young family after 18 years of study, work and travel.
Robin’s treatment style combines rigorous clinical assessment and in-depth understanding of patient history, with the application of up to the minute osteopathic principles and techniques.
He creates a treatment and rehabilitation programme individually structured for each patient, designed to minimise symptoms and maximise functional ability.
Robin continually seeks to expand his knowledge and understanding of the form and function of the human body through continuing professional development and practice based research.
He enjoys working with a range of people who can benefit from osteopathic treatment – from sports professionals with acute injury and office workers with poor posture, to expectant mums with bad backs, or asthmatic children.
Robin is also an experienced massage therapist and yoga instructor, and these extra skill adds to his osteopathic style.
Ellena Outram (Dip Hyp CS) holds a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling and is a certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner (Mongan Method and Katherine Graves methods) and Fertile Body Method Practioner. She is fully insured, a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and Hypnobirthing Association and is bound by their Code of Ethics.
She provides a relaxed, friendly and empathetic approach in an informal atmosphere where she tailors hypnotherapy treatments to the individual.
Her passion is to empower people to make the changes they desire and to help couples with their fertility and ladies achieve an enjoyable pregnancy and a positive birthing experience. Contact her to discuss how she can help you.

after thinking I had sciatica, I went for an assessment, I was fed up of using pain killers. I had a full assessment and found it was a problem with my pelvis. I was given full manipulation therapies, and exercises to do at home. I felt comfortable and had complete trust in the care I received. I was made to feel calm and relaxed. After 3 sessions and lots of support and advice I have not had any issues since. my therapist also arranged for a supporting letter to my employer, so that my routine at work could be changed to help with the issue, and to prevent any further relapses.
