About AR Development Solutions Ltd
I am a Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Life Coach and I have over 20 years experience of working with people. I am passionate about helping people to grow to their full potential and unsticking them when life bogs them down.I use a combination of techniques with my clients to help understand and break down self-limiting beliefs and then to build up new strategies to aid my clients to achieve their dreams. I am constantly developing my own skills and knowledge and love to share my learning with my clients to empower them to take control of their lives.
I also work with people to help them develop their career aspirations. I have worked in Human Resources so have a unique insight into how to market yourself to employers and have worked as a mentor and career coach to young people and professionals helping them develop their careers.
