About Easy Living Well
I am therapist specialising in counselling and psychotherapy, EFT (emotional healing technique), and kinesiology. I treat physical symptoms as well as practice emotional and spiritual healing.I studied Psychosynthesis at the Psychosynthesis Trust from 1989-1992. This psychology/therapy was developed by Assagioli who was a student of Carl Jung. Psychosynthesis has been called ’The Psychology with a soul’. This psychology includes dreams, intuition, intimations, and creativity to access beyond the conscious mind to the heart of a problem. This process holds to the core goodness of a person and aims to heal and to bring a person back to balance by keeping this in focus. We are all aware that when life is difficult, stressful and we are in pain it is easy to lose touch with what is best and highest in us.
Later, I was introduced to kinesiology and its benfits and I met the international kinesiologist Solihin Thom who as well as being a gifted kinesiologist is also an osteopath and a master of understanding of the whole spectrum of human consciousness beyond any discipline I had ever encountered. His teaching embraced not only a thorough medical paradigm, and a deep knowledge of acupuncture, and ayervedic medicine but also a world of mythology, symbolism, universal spiritual truths and an awareness of consciousness beyond the physical world. I had the opportunity to study with him in 1993. For me to learn from Solihin was a multidimensional earth plate shift.
Later still I had the opportunity to study with Chris Astill Smith, the founder of the supplements company Metabolics Ltd. www.metabolics.com Chris’ understanding and teaching of healing of through cellular biochemistry was for me another earth plate shift!
My psychological skills blended with this unusual integrative kinesiolgy enable me to treat the whole person holistically. Commonly I am asked to help with allergies, toxicity, pathogens, chronic gut problems such as IBS, Candida, fatigue etc. I can identify nutritional imbalances and deficiencies as well as emotional, mental and spiritual conditions.
I have a particular interest in looking beyond the physical symptoms to uncover the origin and to treat the source which all too often, is stress.
I see everyone as an individual – not as a symptom or condition. To me everyone is unique.
