About Mind to Change
I have been a practising counsellor since 1989, and have a wealth of professional experience working in my own practice, as a volunteer in a youth counselling service set in a multi-ethnic community and with a number of EAPs. In 1998 I gained a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling at Roehampton Institute. Feeling I needed more “tools in my toolbox”, in 1999 I completed a Diploma in Brief Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy with Uncommon Knowledge, a hypnotherapy training organisation recognised by the National Council for Hypnotherapy. I have diplomas in both Performance and Life Coaching from Newcastle College of Further Education.My training, work experience and any achievement
