Dandy helped me to prepare mentally for a major operation for breast cancer and reconstruction in a 10 hour surgery. I had three hynotherapy sessions prior to the operation and was supported by a specially prepared CD which I listened to before sleep and on the day of the operation. There were complications during the surgery including 4 days in ICU and several other corrective procedures over the following few months. I used to get very bad claustrophobia in lifts, on planes etc which would make me feel very anxious and sometimes I would get panic attacks. I went to see Dandy as we were going on a long flight to South Africa and the thought of been locked in the plane for 11 hours was making me very anxious.
