About Fiona Hannant
I am a UKCP registered hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, and have been in continual practice since 1997. I work with individuals, helping them with issues such as weight control, overcoming phobias and anxiety, smoking cessation, stress management, improving performance in sports, and preparing for childbirth. I also support people who are working through long-standing emotional issues, recent trauma, or who are going through a period of great change in their lives and need space to reflect.At the centre of my practice is the relationship with the client, which is one care, mutual trust and respect.
My training, work experience and any achievement
PHD, Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP), NLP Practitioner Certificate.I am also qualified to Practice EMDR therapy, which is recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) as an effective treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder.
I have been in continual practice since 1997.
