My name is Lorraine and I am proud to say that I have now had a book published on Amazon HOW TO BE A HYPNOTHERAPIST. I am a Senior Qualified Hypnotherapist with the General Hypnotherapy Register. Hypnotherapy can be life changing it changed mine and my career. One of the ways I would describe hypnotherapy is that you find an inner peace that wasn’t there before and the great thing is that it is permanent. Yes things still happen life goes on with all the ups and downs but you have a part of you that is calm and you can cope better with life. The way we think is so important and if we find ourselves thinking in a positive way then positive things start happening to us. I have worked with many clients and felt privileged to hear some of the wonderful changes people have experienced. Would you like to change something in your life? Feel more confident, happier within yourself, overcome some fear, lose some weight, find inner peace, maybe I can help.Having had hypnotherapy myself in 2001, it changed my life and I decided to train as a hypnotherapist. Working with clients is one of the most rewarding things I have done. As I started receiving more and more referrals, I found myself perfecting the techniques I had learned and blending them together to fit the client and help my clients achieve their goals.
I am now a trainer myself and the founder of Hampshire School of Hypnotherapy using my experience as a hypnotherapist I wrote my own training course which the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council validated.
