I qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist in 2002 from The Centre for Transformational Therapy in Nottingham. I have 9 years experience in helping people change their lives. I have helped smokers become non smokers and helped people to regain their confidence and self esteem.I also provide a 5 week hypnotherapy weight loss programme designed to re-train the unconscious mind to help YOU feel differently about food. One to one and group sessions available.
