I am passionate about helping people to achieve their goals and aspirations to lead a happier and more fulfilling life.
I address a wide range of issues using a combination of Hypnotherapy, Healing and Counselling (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy).
By working on the subconscious (hypnotherapy), conscious (counselling) and spiritual (healing) levels at the same time clients are able to make much quicker progress than individual therapies.
I am both a Reiki Master and Spiritual Healer and can also teach you how to access the healing energy yourself.

Having spent over 20 years in financial management roles, often dealing with highly stressful situations and personal challenges, I made a significant life changing decision that I wanted to help others improve the quality of their life using hypnotherapy and later healing. Having personally used hypnotherapy for over 15 years I knew how incredibly powerful it was.
I trained on a one to one basis with the late Dr Lyn Bateman, who had over 40 years experience of treating patients using hypnotherapy. I have been helping people for over 8 years and I also teach both hypnotherapy and healing.
Further Information
- Combined Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Healing and ACT sessions: £70- Hypnotherapy: £60 per session
- Smoking cessation: 2 sessions, usually 1 week apart, cost is £150
- Weight loss: Special Offer, 5 sessions for the price of 4: Cost is £300 (if paid in full at first session)
- Past Life Regression: 1 session (60-90 minutes) £75
- Spiritual Healing: £40 (40 minutes)
- Reiki: £40 (40 minutes)
- ACT: £40 (60 minutes)
- Payment is requested by cash or debit/credit card.
- All clients are also provided with a free relaxation recording to support treatment outside of the clinic.
Location of clinics
The Rhiwderin clinic is located just a 5 minute drive from Junction 28 of the M4 in Rhiwderin village. There is plenty of parking available. It is also easily accessible on a bus route should you wish to use public transport. I also offer some sessions in the Health First Consulting Clinic, Fleur-de-Lys, Blackwood - which is a 10 minute drive from Caerphilly/A470.
