About Redditch Therapist

Helen trained with the Stop Partnership in Bromsgrove in 2004 and since then has been a practicing therapist.

Using Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistics to access the clients subconsious mind, Helen has helped many people overcome bad habits, fears phobias, eating disorders, as well as stopping smoking and weight management.

Her main focus is on weight management and she is currently launching the Midlands first Hypnosis weight club, which meets at regular intervals and offers support and techniques to her clients on a more relaxed basis.

Practicing from her own therapy room in Redditch, or by visiting clients in their homes, she has helped many people regain the control they needed to address problems in their lives and is constanstly surprised by the power of the mind to resolve problems.

Helen also regularly teaches Hypnosis techniques with her business partner and is an active member of the community even hosing a radio show for Kingfisher FM - Wellbeing Wednesdays 7 - 1

My training, work experience and any achievement

Helen is a qualified master hypnotist, NLP Practitioner and has a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, from the Stop Partnership, who are the acredited trainers for the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. She continues to develop the long list of people who have been helped by her client focussed therapy techniques.

She specialises in weight management and has many satisfied clients.

She runs regular Regression Evenings, and is currently presenting on KingfisherFM for her Wellbeing Wednesday programme on wednesday evenings 7-10pm.
