I am an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Hypnoanalyst, EFT and IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) Practitioner and Usui/Karuna Reiki Practitioner and Teacher.Rahanni Celestial Healing (same price as for a Reiki treatment).
I can help with a range of issues and specialize in helping with anxiety, stress, panic attacks, phobias, unwanted habits, confidence and self esteem issues, fertility, bruxism, public speaking, weight issues including gastric band hypnosis, stop smoking etc.
I recommend that many issues (not including stop smoking and gastric band) can respond well to a course of hypnoanalysis. This entails regression into childhood memories using free association. Subconscious repressions are released during this process which frees the person from their problems. I use hypnotherapy suggestions to help reprogramme the mind to think in a positive way and to increase self esteem and confidence.
I also use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) (tapping). I can teach you this useful technique to empower you in many different situations and to cope with life’s ups and downs. EFT is very effective for trauma, bad memories and unwanted feelings and emotions. It is very easy to learn and use.
Integral Eye Movement Therapy, similar to EMDR, is very effective for post traumatic stress syndrome, depression, phobias, psoriasis, flashbacks, stress, anxiety and more.

I have been a Usui Reiki Master Teacher since 2004 and hold regular courses from my comfortable balcony garden healing room in Islington, London, UK. Please get in touch if you want to take a Usui Reiki Course. Usui Reiki Level 1 is only £125. If you want to begin a journey of self healing and perhaps also helping others to heal, this is for you.
