About Wendy Beresford

Wendy Beresford runs a private practice in Longford called Holistics 4 Harmony. She is a fully qualified registered and insured therapist, specialising in Hypnotherapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

Wendy offers guided sessions using Hypnotherapy and EFT. Clients are taught tools and techniques that they can apply to many areas of their lives, for the rest of their life, including basic EFT, affirmations, visualisation techniques and more.

For those who prefer self-Hypnosis, Wendy can create a Made for Me Self-Hypnosis CD. You may know which therapy is best for you, or you may wish to discuss this with her before you decide. She will often combine the techniques she has learned - only after discussing it with you - if she feels it will be more effective for you as an individual.

My training, work experience and any achievement

Wendy trained in Hypnotherapy through Chrysalis with Bernard Barden, a classically trained Psychotherapist, Coach, NLP Trainer and Lecturer in 2006.

She has undertaken additional training on Hypnosis Inductions with John Dewar in 2010.

She also qualified as a psychology energy therapist (EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques) in 2010 through the Willow Therapy Clinic with Irene Lambert.

Earlier in 2011, she created a community project called Picture Peace UK and offers free guided meditations as well as tips and tools to help people achieve peace and wellbeing.
