About Truetranquillity
Our hypnotherapist at true tranquillity not only has the knowledge to help clients using hypnotherapy he has also been a serious cyclist for 25 years and has a full understanding of the requirements of athletes.Our hypnotherapist holds club and district records for cycling and has been Scottish champion for his age group. After overcoming a major cycling accident which left him with a head injury and epilepsy our hypnotherapst wanted to show how anyone can overcome any major obstacles in life whether it was related to sport or personal circumstances. With true grit and determination our hypnotherapst learned to reprogram his brain to perform at a faster and higher level than before his major accident. During the time of rehabilitation our hypnotherapst was told the best to look for was paralysis down his left hand side. Without being put off our hypnotherapst used many self hypnosis and NLP techniques to achieve the level he now cycles at.
Not only is our hypnotherapist one of only two hypnotherapists qualified in Sports hypnosis he is also furthered his hypnosis qualifications to include weight management and loss.
