I do this using the principles of Hypnotherapy and NLP together with my own scientific yet intuitive mind.I have been practising Hypnotherapy for 8 years now and in that time I have helped many people move forward in life in often a surprisingly short space of time. I believe in empowering you not only to help you heal any past issues but to learn to live fully in the now and then to look forward to the future whatever it may bring. I believe that your thoughts create your destiny. After all, our thoughts dictate not only how you feel but how you behave. In my work I aim to help you to change your thoughts and beliefs to more empowering and positive ones of your choosing.
