About Catherine Smart
My name is Catherine Smart and I have a strong passion for helping people release their full potential and make permanent changes to their lives.Sometimes we all need a helping hand and using a trance-like state, hypnotherapy brings together the conscious and subconscious minds to work in harmony together in a pleasant and relaxing state. This is enjoyable and you will always remain in control.
Hypnotherapy can help you to overcome many issues including fears and phobias, raise your self esteem, increase your confidence or lose weight along with stopping smoking and many more problems that we may suffer from.
I am also registered as an easibirthing® practitioner for both fertility and childbirth and work with women and couples to help them through this time.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I trained at the well renowned Clifton Practice based in Bristol as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2007 and am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapists (MNCH) and along with raising a large family I have a long and successful background of working in Public Health.I also qualified as an easibirthing® practitioner (CHBP) and registered both in Childbirth and Fertility (www.easibirthing.co.uk)
I am a specialist in Smoking Cessation and have helped many clients stop smoking.
