About PH Balance
I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. My first career as a dancer led me into teaching dance and exercise. Over the years I noticed how many people injured themselves whilst trying to get fit. This lead me to exploring more alternative ways of exercising including Pilates.Around this time I came across Homeopathy whilst attending the Home Birth Conference. I was considering teaching exercise for pregnancy, but what I found was a whole new way of looking after my health. I had been suffering for many years with severe eczema on my hands and decided to try Homeopathy. I was amazed that during the session the homeopath was more interested in me than my eczema! After a few months my eczema cleared up completely, I had more energy, my relationships improved and I felt much better in myself.
I used homeopathy throughout both my pregnancies, and I was successful in having both children born at home. So the homebirth ethos stuck with me. The gentleness and effectiveness of homeopathy inspired me to train as a professional homeopath and after 4 years I graduated from the Centre for Homeopathic Education.
