  I had a problem and booked to have a session. Nigel was brilliant. Makes you find the answers and clarifies what you already knew. Listen carefully to what he says and most importantly understand. Then put into practice and your place will become a better place than happiness. You’l achieve peace

  ok lets say ive had a quite troubled life im only 26 and at the age of 20 i was detained in a mental health hospital for over 4 years. the last year has been about getting my life back. and i first got intouch with nigel because i wanted to do just that. I felt i needed help to feel fulfilled- i left hospital 10 stone overweight and having regular anxiety actted. though his own special blend of coaching and therapy techniques nigel has worked wonders the guy cares so much and goes out of his way to help you. my anxiety attacks have definitely been reduced through nigels hypnotherapy session and i am starting to get my head around the weight loss and making good progress. we also bounce ideas off each other and he brings out your own ideas on how to improve your life. nigel has many tools he uses both physical , practical, phychological and spiritual and that will be my last coment that he is not pushy but helps you develop your own spiritually-if you want to, thanks nigel your a star!

  A truly amazing therapist! You are not just a client. You are a real person to Nigel, important, worthwhile! He also has an extraordinary background which you can only benefit from and I can’t imagine anyone on the planet being able to care more! He is so there for you. I could say so much more but just please try for yourself and do yourself some good!!

  I first contacted Nigel early this year as I was suffering anxiety and depresssion following a number of ’set backs’ in my life that completely turned it upside down. Nigel has helped me learn a whole range of tools and techniques that I can now use to help me to help myself in all areas of my life. I am now a different persons and thanks to Nigels guidance I am beginning to build a new and happier life for myself and I am able to deal with the issues I have had in a more positive and confident manner.

  i rang nigel and he came to see me .he never did that but cos i was in a bad way he did he is a star .i could not get out my house .i was so bad with my problem .after only 3 weeks nigel got me going out and now i go on trains he is a angel thanks nigel so much here is to my new life cos of nigal .sue ring me and i will tell you how good he is .
