About Holistic Therapy

Relationship problems, grief, loss, career path decisions, low self esteem/confidence, eating habits and weight loss related, depression and anxiety, chronic tiredness, lifestyle change, self-development, towards fulfilment of dreams.

I work creatively with not just words/talking, but using art, dreams and a process called creative imagination, which helps to contact ones inner wisdom. My philosophy is based on an acceptance of people/clients as they are and I do not beleive in pathologising, blaming or otherwise separating people from their life-experiences.

I am particularly sensitive to and am happy working with identity, belonging and self-world relationships, issues relating to disconnection and uprootedness. Towards this, I run a group workshop called’Being Different’.

My approach to each client is individually tailored to their unique needs and I abide by the ethics of UKCP, which is the monitoring body for psychotherapists in UK.

My training, work experience and any achievement

I have completed a 5-year training in transpersonal psychotherapy from CCPE, which is an integrative training and currently am registered with the UKCP’s Humanistic and Integrative division.

I am also trained as an MBBS doctor and currently have a GMC registration license to practice. I have worked for years as a specialist doctor in mental health in the NHS and am intimately acquainted with most problems human beings face and struggle with.

It would not be wrong to say I have the ability to see situations from a truly body, mind and spiritual perspective and I bring all this to the service of my clients as much as possible.
