About Mary Pelham Personal Consultancy: SI have had a private practice in Worcester Park, South west London for over 12 years where I work as a Psychotherapist, Counselor, Personal Coach and Trainer. I also teach and run workshops for organisations and the general public.

I am an integrative practitioner which means I believe that everyone is unique and all cannot be treated the same, so I integrate more than one theory into a coherent whole in order to better meet individual needs.

Similarly, working as a therapist or coach I have found that these two approaches may overlap. A person who has engaged in deep therapy may then feel that they wish to take action to bring about change and a new way of being in the world. Other people will come for coaching and deeper issues will be uncovered during the work. If agreed, I will contract with you to integrate the two disciplines into my Personal Consultancy Model in order to better address your needs at different times during the work.

I provide a welcoming, safe, confidential space. I am within easy reach of Wimbledon, Sutton, Cheam, Kingston-upon-Thames, Surbiton, Raynes Park, Esher, Epsom and Surrey. My practice in worcester Park is close to good transport links (South West Trains, A3, Buses 213, K1). Parking is free and plentiful.
