About Mosaic Counselling and Coaching

Hi I’m Mo, the Founder and Managing Director of Mosaic.

I am passionate about inspiring positive changes in adults, children and organisations to enable them to identify and achieve their goals through coaching and counselling. My aim is to help people to improve their life by creating solutions that motivate, enable and support them to reach their full potential.

Mosaic’s Motto is: Create the future that YOU want !

I will focus on helping you achieve your goals and find solutions to your problems in the shortest possible time by offering appointments Face to Face or via SKYPE.

My Service is tailor made for Individuals, Children, Couples, Schools, Parents and Organisations. I do not believe in one size fits all.

You are unique! And so are your issues and the way your life is affected. Working with Mo you will benefit by working with an expert. Who has a proven record of getting results.

I work with a wide range of issues as listed below and I specialise in working with Post Traumatic Stress and with adults and children affected by divorce and family breakdown.

My training, work experience and any achievement

I’ll say a little about my qualifications in a moment but first and foremost I’d like to say that I am absolutely unique . . . Just like you are! Whether you are an individual looking for support, a parent or a young person.

I’m unique as a therapist and coach because I combine my own special brand of passion, creativity, sensitivity, encouragement, knowledge, skills and training to help you to create the future that YOU want.

I am an expert in my field, with over 10,000 hours of professional counselling and coaching sessions completed with adults, children, couples and companies. I supervise, coach and train other therapists and even supervise other supervisors. I have kept records of my effectiveness as a therapist ( Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation ) for many years. This works like a ’before’ and ’after’ objective measure and gives me the evidence to say that I know my approach is extremely effective.

My clients appreciate my unique and personable style that puts people from all walks of life at ease.

I started my training over 20 years ago and my passion for my work means that I am continuously adding to my skills.

I have a Masters Degree (M.Ed.) in Counselling and a Masters Degree (M.A) in Psychotherapy. I have further academic qualifications in Play Therapy, Supervision, Training and Mediation. I am also trained in Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and working with Couples.

Qualifications demonstrate knowledge and skills and are very important. Being judged by your professional body and peers as able to apply that knowledge and skill to a high standard is what accreditation is all about.

I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor, Integrative Psychotherapist and Supervisor with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

I work to a Code of Ethics & Practice (BACP) and I am committed to Continuous Professional Development.
