People often find that talking to someone in total confidence can help them during difficult times. You may be here because you have decided that whatever is troubling you is not something which you can resolve on your own. Family and friends can sometimes help, but there are situations when discussing your problems with someone impartial is particularly beneficial. This is one reason why counselling works - and that’s why I’m here.
