I work using the humanistic approach, a modality created by Dr. Carl Rogers that enables the client to grow as far as, and at a pace that is right for them.

I work in a professional non-judgmental way offering you a safe, supportive space to look at any issues you choose to bring. Counselling can be used as a way of making sense of things, or a place to be heard, or a chance to look at issues and put changes in if you wish.

I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold my own insurance.

In addition to my private practice I work alongside a charity and offer counselling to people with autism spectrum conditions, learning difficulties and family members or carers.
