About Megan Rose Stafford
I am a UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist offering weekly, individual sessions in Twickenham and Richmond (West/South-West London). I believe, through the provision of a safe space, counselling and psychotherapy can help us in coming to terms with and addressing painful feelings and aid us in developing our awareness and acceptance of ourselves.

QUALIFICATIONS
MSc., Clin. Dip. Integ. Psych., BSc
I trained in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute, and before this, in psychodynamic counselling skills at the Westminster Pastoral Foundation following the completion of my BSc in Applied Psychology at Cardiff University. I am a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and a member of the Metanoia Institute. I am guided by and abide by their professional code of ethics. Further Information
I offer an initial session which is designed to allow you to meet me, ask questions and to start to talk about the issues you are dealing with. It can be a good idea to meet with more than one therapist for an initial session. This gives you the opportunity to find somebody who you feel comfortable working with.
