About Paul Nathan: I am fully qualified Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with advanced training accredited by the Royal College of Nursing. I work with many clients of differing ages and backgrounds presenting with a variety of issues and provide a personal treatment plan for each client . Hypnotherapy can help with a lot of different issues apart from weight control and stopping smoking such as Anxiety ,Stress, lack of confidence , exam nerves , public speaking and much more.

I have found that giving individuals time to relax and focus on themself gives them a better understanding of how they can positively react to situations they face .It is also often the first time they have stopped and concentrated on their own desires and life goals.

Counselling and hypnotherapy both allow people to relax properly and focus on their life and wishes for their future . These sessions are really useful in helping people to reach their full potential in life .

EMDR and EFT ( tapping ) are both techniques that nicely complement the work with psychotherapy and hypnotherapy.

I also run , with a female associate , a group weight control programme . Run over 4 thursday evenings low cost option is £60 only including a CD to support the work done in the sessions.

My training, work experience and any achievement: I trained and qualified as Hypnotherapist in 2007 and ma registered with the Hypnotherapy Society. My advanced psychotherapy training , completed , 2009 complements the Trauma debriefing work i was previously doing .

I work from home with individual clients on a range of issues such as fears , phobia, anxiety, stress , lack of confidence , smoking cessation and weight control issues. I also run a four weekly workshop programme with an associate on weight control which allows us to offer a low cost option for this treatment.
