About Stressworx
I am a stress management consultant - offering corporate training and individual support for anything that is causing stress in your life. This includes unwanted habits, fears and phobias, cravings and addictions as well as relationship problems, lack of confidence, low self esteem, exam nerves and emotional traumas.Stress management training in the workplace helps to improve morale, reduce sickness absence, increase productivity and performance, achieve work/life balance, together with a range of skills and strategies to manage and reduce stress levels.
My background is in teaching and youth work so I enjoy working with children and young people to address their stressors.
My training, work experience and any achievement
My qualifications include an M.Sc in Counselling Psychology, teaching, coaching reiki, hypnosis, stress management and NVQ assessment. I combine coaching, hypnosis and emotional freedom technique with her managerial and training experience to provide skills and strategies to combat and manage stress. I offer therapy and coaching to individual clients and groups of any age, as well as presentations and workshops for board members, senior and middle managers and the general workforce.I have CRB clearance and am one of five UK Master facilitators for “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teenagers” for FranklinCovey Europe. I am also privileged to have been made an Honorary Fellow of Brunel University where I am Chair of The Centre for Youth Work Studies and an associate lecturer.
I am a member of AAMET Association for Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques
