About Pine Tree Counselling Therapy
At times we don’t want to burden family and friends with our worries. We can try hard to protect the ones we love from the things we have experienced or witnessed. Sometimes our unease relates to things that happened a long time ago and we may feel confused or ashamed. We often don’t want people to think less of us when we’re struggling to cope. Or we might feel we don’t have anyone to share our concerns.

It’s at times like these that talking to a counsellor or psychotherapist can be helpful. In the safety of a professional, confidential and supportive relationship you can talk freely without fear of being judged or dismissed. You can talk about the feelings, concerns, memories or images that you have kept inside for so long.

Counselling and Psychotherapy are means of learning more about yourself and how you relate with others. The therapeutic process helps you to gain a perspective on whatever is troubling you. Looking into the underlying causes of what is stopping you living a fulfilling life and being who you are.
