About Cath Davies

I provide psychotherapy and counselling services in the South Lakes area based at home near Kendal. I use Neuro-Linguistic therapy and hypnotherapy to resolve issues from the past and set goals and outcomes for the present and future. I do so in a safe, confidential setting, working with empathy and compassion. A sense of humour can be invaluable too in tackling some tricky issues.
Sessions are an hour long.
