Maintaining a sense of balance in life, and harmony in relationships, is a challenge! Frustratingly familiar, reoccurring problems can squeeze enjoyment out of life, and unexpected difficulties can feel overwhelming. I believe that when we feel respected, understood and accepted, we are able to look at ourselves with openness, allowing insight into our situation and a change of perspective. I offer the opportunity for this to happen. Following a career in nursing, I have 15yrs counselling experience with people who bring themselves, just as they are, with a wide range of issues to be explored.
