I am a warm empathic integrative therapist who thrives when helping others.
I am a fully insured and qualified Counsellor and Hypnotherapist and I offer four services to my clients;
One to One Counselling for a number of psychological and or physical conditions.
Telephone Counselling this can be for individuals who cannot access face-to-face counselling, it can be done from anywhere in the world and also from the comfort of your own home.
Hypnotherapy for stopping smoking, pain relief, self-esteem, confidence, anxiety and phobias, depression and many more.
I am a licensed Gastric Band Hypno Practitioner enabling individuals to lose weight naturally and safely.
I specialise in weight loss and stopping smoking.
