About Joanna Traynor

I offer a package of support to help you come to terms with the troubles in your life. I work with people who have difficulties with relationships, depression, work and stress - I work with people who are stuck - in a mindset, in jobs, in relationships.

Many of my clients benefit from counselling very quickly and I believe this is due to the techniques I use. I will match my approach according to your needs and issues. I can help you with a range of issues, but the following are where my strengths lie. I work with people struggling to cope with bereavement, relationships, stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, family and identity issues, sexual abuse and infertility - these are a few of the areas that I have had great results with. I use powerful techniques like Transactional Analysis to cut through the content to get at the real issue preventing change and improvement.

I am a BACP registered psychotherapist. I was trained as an integrative therapist. This means I am trained to use a wide variety of approaches and can adapt my service to suit your needs. I have worked for many years in the Health sector as a counsellor, psychotherapist, consultant and group facilitator.

I work by Skype and phone as well as face to face and I currently have clients in China, Dubai, Paris and London, as well as in my home town in Plymouth, Devon.
