Anne and Graham Dyster are Psychotherapists, Counsellors and Hypnotherapists offering supportive and effective help for virtually any emotional issue or concern. We also offer NLP, CBT, Reiki and the non-invasive meridian therapies EFT and FREEWAY-CER (often broadly described as "tapping therapies").

Amongst many other things, we can help you resolve relationship problems, build confidence, alleviate stress and anxiety, relieve panic attacks, lift depression, overcome fears and phobias, conquer smoking* and unwanted habits. Please feel free to phone if you would like to discuss your own needs in strictest confidence and without obligation.

* Please note a fee of £100 is charged for one session on smoking cessation, but this also includes one free follow up session available at your choice any time within one year of the initial appointment.

My training, work experience and any achievement

We have undergone three formal years of training in integrative counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy with SACH International under the tutorship of Professor Jure Biechonski. Our training incorporated the three main approaches to therapy, humanistic, analytical and cognitive. We work integratively, treating each client as an individual and adapting our approach accordingly. To further our understanding and skills we are committed to a programme of continuous professional development. The numerous seminars and workshops we have already attended include many by leading authorities and prominent figures, including Dr John Rowan, Gil Boyne, Dr Bill Webster, Penny Parks, Charles Montagu, David Quigley, Andrew Newton, David Botsford, Tom Bolton & Bev Anderson.

As our mentor, Professor Biechonski, is now based in Estonia, we travel there two or three times a year to assist and take part in the training seminars he runs there. We have made many Estonian friends!
