I offer hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy for the treatment of many issues. I am a hypnotic birthing practitioner and a fully qualified yoga teacher. I treat smoking, weight issues, driving test fears, childbirth, anxiety, stress, fears and phobias, habits, bereavement, relationship issues, and self-confidence to name but a few.
