About Constance Ffrench
Welcome to my page, my name is Constance Ffrench.A registered bacp integrative counsellor, using effective approaches from different schools of therapies in allowing clients to actively shed light on their personal issues within sessions.
In addition to talking therapy, creative interventions such as visualisation, art and object relational approach provides a safe environment that empowers clients to get in touch with unhelpful ways of relating with others and themselves. These insights promote a more holistic sense of self and a successful outlook on life.
Ffrenchlistens work with clients with a wide range of issues including Bereavement, Domestic Violence, Childhood Sexual Abuse, Lack of Confidence and Self-Esteem, Depression/Anxieties and overall Well-being.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I presently run a private practice (ffrenchlistens), as well as working within the mental health field, charities and Education.I hold a BA (Hons) in counselling, with many years of expertise in Counselling and health and social care. As a member of the professional body ’British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy’ I abide by their code of ethics in providing a safe environment for all my clients.
Further Information
Sessions are 50 mins per visit.There is the options of both short and long term counselling.
Rate for a session is £40, however, concessions are available with negotiation for students, teachers and individuals on low income.
