I work in Ealing and surrounding areas of W5. I work with a Person-Centred approach, placing great significance on our therapist/client relationship as the heart to providing you therapeutic benefit. I view you as your own best authority on your life and experience. I wish to provide you with the right conditions of acceptance and empathy whilst wishing you to receive me as genuine with no façade. I offer confidential therapy to individuals covering a wide range of issues, in both long and short term focused work.My experience and special interests include addiction, self-harm, emotional distress, stress and anxiety, loss and bereavement, abuse, work or family issues, anger management and personal growth. I encourage positive change, and self-respect. As an Accredited and Registered member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists, I subscribe to its Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
