About Dr Alice Greene: As a qualified medical doctor and experienced psychotherapist, I help people from all backgrounds to deal with a wide variety of personal and professional issues.

I offer therapy in a warm, comfortable and confidential environment, to explore ways of dealing with problems and difficulties, and making choices that are more in alignment with our life aims and who we really are.

Blocks may appear in the form of anxiety, depression, frustration at work, or in a relationship, an inability to cope with change, eating disorders, a life crisis or illness, a sense of loss or grief, lack of self esteem, or a sense of hopelessness and isolation. People choose therapy for many different reasons.

The therapeutic relationship is an insightful and creative one which, through care and challenge, provides an extrordinary backdrop for change and growth, healing and renewal. I also teach Autogenic Profound Relaxation and Stress Management, a wonderful, life-enhancing skill for healthy balance.

My training, work experience and any achievement: Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have been practising as a psychotherapist for 18 years having trained with the Psychosynthesis & Education Trust.
I am also registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). As a holistic medical doctor, my interest has been in non-drug approaches to health and healing for many years. I studied, practised and taught classical homeopathy for 25 years, and set up my own holistic practice in Harley Street, London W1, from where I still work. I have also taught Autogenic Taining and Therapy for over 20 years, and was Chairman of the British Autogenic Society. I am a Fellow of the Faculty of Homeopathy and also of the British Autogenic Society.
