About Andy Metcalf
I work with clients who have experienced loss, divorce, redundancy or a bereavement. My clients often come also with relationship problems; marriage issues; anxiety and depression . I offer a combination of counselling and mindfulness for those who are experiencing low self esteem, self attacking thoughts, alongside anxiety and or panic attacks. I also work with clients who have less defined issues - around feelings about their identity. Some clients come because of a feeling they are not getting much out of life; not enjoying life; feeling they are a bystander to living a life. My training as a psychotherapist from wpf therapy enables me to work productively with this. I have counselling rooms in both Swiss Cottage London NW6 and in London Bridge, SE1. I have undergone a long and rigorous training. I have a qualification from one of the most respected training bodies in the UK, namely wpf Therapy.
