Since 1987 I have provided support and life skills training to people: with learning and physical disabilities, social and mental health needs, helped reduce challenging behaviours, as an individual and alongside others in a variety of settings across the NHS, social services and and in social housing in London, Liverpool, North and South Wales.
I work in a variety of ways to suit you. These will be agreed and reviewed regularly throughout your treatment as part of a whole support package, where this is applicable.
Short term and training in self Hypnosis is also available as sometimes one session is all that is needed. Beginings therapy is your therapy!
Initial consultation is free up to 30 minutes. Other sessions can be discussed and please ask about concessions. (see below)
