I offer a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space for you to talk through what is troubling you. I am a qualified, experienced counsellor with particular experience in: depression, anxiety, bereavement and relationship issues.As a qualified and experienced Counsellor I can offer you a safe and confidential space to work through what is troubling you. I am a Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), and abide by their Code of Ethics. I receive regular supervision and hold professional indemnity insurance. Counselling gives you the opportunity to be listened to in an accepting and non-judgemental manner. This can be short term or long-term counselling - you as the client decides what suits you best. I am psychodynamically trained, yet aim to be client-led and solution-focused when it comes to identifying the tools most useful to getting you ‘unstuck’.
I have particular specialisms in the areas of anxiety, depression and bereavement.
