Hello and welcome to my holistic haven. I would like to introduce you to the powers of holistic therapies and counselling to help you over the difficult periods in your life, when you need support to be able to move forward with harmony and well being.
All my therapies are carried out in a safe, relaxing and warm environment with high quality products. If you are unsure which therapy would suit your needs we can discuss these during the full consultaion and then you can decide which best suits you. You will leave feeling relaxed and stress free and able to carry out your daily tasks more efficiently.
I am also a qualified counsellor and incorporate all my holistic experience into the counselling sessions. I have found that the use of Reiki or Aromatherapy helps the process of talking about difficult problems and issues by creating a calming, relaxing and safe environment. A fully confidential service, where you can bring any problems or issues that are affecting your life.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I have been working as a Holistic therapist since 1997 and provide a professional and personal service to all my clients. I am also a trained person centred counsellor and incorporate my holistic experience into the counselling sessions.
I work from home having converted a room into a lovely relaxing and confidential space, where clients can relax and feel safe.
